You can do this in person or by mail. In the latter case, you must include a self-addressed envelope with a 10 baht postage stamp.
Reporting in person
For foreigners on long-term visas in Thailand, it is required to report their current address to Immigration every 90 days. This can be done in person, by mail, or online. The process can be complicated, but it is a requirement under Thai law. If you don’t submit your report on time, you will face a fine of 2000 baht.
The easiest way to do this is by visiting an immigration office in person. You will need your passport and a completed Form TM47. You can also cancel your application by clicking the cancellation option after checking its status.

The staff will then take it to the immigration office and represent you. This process will be much faster than doing it yourself.
Reporting by mail
If you’re on a Non-Immigrant visa or have an extension of stay, you must report your address to Immigration every 90 days. This is an important requirement and must be done in person, by mail, or online. If you fail to file your report, you may face a fine.
To file your report online, visit the Thailand immigration website. Read the terms and conditions carefully, and then check I agree to the terms and conditions to submit your report. Then, provide your personal and travel information.
Alternatively, you can have someone else do the reporting on your behalf. This option is more expensive but can be convenient. However, it is not available to everyone. To do this, you must be affiliated with an agency that has the proper resources and connections at Thai Immigration. For example, Assist Thai Visa can handle this for you. This way, you can rest assured that your reports are in good hands.
Reporting online
As a foreigner living in Thailand you are required to report your status and address to the Immigration Bureau every 90 days. This can be done in person, by mail or online. It is recommended to submit your reports early so you are not late.
To report online you will need to register at the website and supply an email address. You will then receive a password to log in and complete the 90-day report. You can also report by proxy if you have a power of attorney for this purpose.
To submit your report by mail you will need a copy of your passport, a completed TM 47 (report form), and a self-addressed envelope with a 10 baht postal stamp. If you are on a visa extension it is recommended that you use your 1 year extension to cover the reporting period. This will save you a trip to the immigration office and ensure that your reporting is done on time.
Reporting by proxy
If you live in Thailand long-term, you will have to report your address to the immigration department every 90 days. This is a requirement for anyone holding a non-immigrant visa, including retirees and foreign workers. However, it is not always easy to comply with this law.
One option is to have your landlord register for the online system and then report on your behalf. However, this is only possible if your landlord has the proper credentials and connection to immigration. Another option is to report by proxy, which allows you to authorize someone else to do the reporting on your behalf.
